A telehealth consultation with Avahn Health is a scheduled phone call with a licensed Australian doctor. At your booked time, the doctor will call you on the mobile number you provided — using a private and secure number to protect your privacy.

You’ll have the opportunity to discuss your symptoms, ask questions, and explore treatment options. If the doctor determines that treatment is appropriate, a digital prescription will be issued after the consult.

Before your consultation:

• You’ll receive an SMS reminder with the date and time of your booking
• Your booking confirmation will also be sent by email, including instructions on how to prepare
• Please ensure your phone is charged, switched on, and you're in a quiet space at the time of your appointment
