There’s nothing you need to do to “join” - the doctor will call you directly on the mobile number you provided at the scheduled time of your consultation.

Here’s what to expect:

• You’ll receive an SMS reminder before your appointment
• At your scheduled time, the doctor will call you from a private number
• Make sure your phone is switched on, has good reception, and you’re in a quiet, private space
• There’s no need for video, logins, or apps — just answer the phone when it rings
